M.I.Concert Lead: "M.I."???

I have owned three M.I. series concert leads (still have two) and have no clue as to what "M.I." stands for. Can anyone help me on this one?
Speaking of concert leads, they are the cheapest amps to buy. One I bought for $125 in MINT condition (the guy bought it as a back-up, never used it). I traded a well used Marshall cab for another concert lead and a 4-12 cab. Picked up a mint condition Beta 105 15" cab for $125 (talked 'em down from $200, suckers...)  I have one loud, crunching, bottom heavy rig!
