Hey I have a fender made Sunn 1200s rack mount amp. (i know i know, not as good as real sunn, but not much going in the uk!)

Trouble is its so damn powerfull my cabs just fart or blow with it.

Whats the best macth for this head?

Would a bog standard Ampeg 8x10 do the trick?

Answers on a postcard please.....

Hi,

used a 1200s with two Fender/Sunn 4X10" (410H) for 6 years. The sound was good. I still use them with a 350B, quite reliable speakers.  afro
